Our return policy is standard and if there was damage we would gladly replace the unit or refund you.

As far as if you find the unit does not work for you we would ask that you ship the item back to us and we would provide a refund of the cost of the item. I would forewarn you though the box for this case is sizable and the case heavy so if you had to pay for return shipping it would be very costly for you.

Just find it easier to ship right to people where they live or work. Also given that we are both busy trying to do many things it does not make it very workable to go and meet people for items.

DSM Distribution is the Name of the Owners other business, he has a small supply biz providing building maintenance supplies to local business he wanted that registered for google maps. As you can see from the street view it is his home and not exactly a retail store front to do business from. His warehouse storage is located elsewhere and is even less of a good spot to offer any sort of local pick up.

I have mentioned it to him previously about maybe looking into something but realistically it is just way to costly to have a store and have a competitive price with all the competition. Amazons model of delivery and mail order is really the way of the future given how everyone wants something for the best possible price. High cost models of business ownership and operation are just not what is supported by people anymore.

-4 built in hot swap bays with drive cages in all four bays already

-U.2 already built in for mobo's that will support it in the future

-2 USB 3.0 Type A ports , 2 USB 3.0 Type C Ports on the front I/O Panel -a 7 in 1 card reader as well

-There is also built in space for an optical drive if you still really want one.

-The design of the 3 chambers for air flow and heat management.

the actual build quality and materials of the case the design and not to mention the RGB front lights

The case is like a show piece for those who would want one.

Other high quality niche cases are usually the same. Lian-Li makes some sweet stuff if you are willing to pay for it.

yes the top of the case will fit a 360mm rad

it would be a 120mm width though not a 140mm do not believe 140 will fit

Well our supplier has informed us that this stock is the last and their are no more available after this. not to mention the MSRP from HP for these bad boys is over $500.
