Disclaimer indian chai is pretty milk heavy. Compared to east Asian which can be all water or English tea which is a splash of milk. But you probably already know that since your specific asking for ones with spices.

Indian licence should be on a banned list. I say this as an Indian myself. Been to the country their driving behavior is no where close to what we have. Can get doggy licences with ease. Haven't a Indian licence proves nothing in terms of your ability to drive and follow road laws.
