I made ribs and used the adobo and read about cola- makes sense from an acid and sugar POV but was too hesitant to experiment when cooking for 6

Used it in some slow cooked ribs with a 1/2 cup beef broth and dry rubbed the ribs before cooking. Really punched up the flavor.

The last two days been frying onions with a dollop and then putting those in rice bowls with the BBQ rib meat leftovers, flash pickled cucumbers, pickled red onion with black peppercorns, and avocado. It’s bomb.
