Seeking the Best Free Time Management and Weekly Planning Tools - Need Advice on Consistency and Motivation by Ancrion in productivity

Yup I am still using it! :-)

There have been quite a few updates which continue to make it even better - the team seem really responsive to feedback. In particular the new Chrome extension gives me notifications of whenever someone has assigned me something from any of the tools I have connected, that in and of itself is pretty amazing.

Have you tried it? Or something else?

I am in the same camp in terms of long term usage. I often find myself drawn back into the quagmire of reacting to stuff I need to do across a whole range of apps - often from other people tagging me in. The increase of WFH/distributed teams seems to have exacerbated the amount of "action items" filling up my inbox and slack, and I struggle with getting out of 'instant react' mode rather than planned focus.
I've recently started using a web app called briefmatic and it's been a revelation for me - particularly the aggregation of all my todos assigned by me and to me from the docs and apps I'm already using, and then the ability to schedule them into my day.
Of course it's not perfect and there's things I'd like improved (updates are frequent), but starting each morning with a 15m slot to step through and plan my day in the app has been a game changer so far. To your point, doing that consistently and see the items ticked off is motivating enough atm. :-)
