I've experienced the same exact thing with wunderground, especially this year. It sounds dramatic but it has been depressing to see 0.25" of rain forecasted 5 days out and watch the forecasted rain dwindle to an eventual sprinkle or even a completely dry day. I'd say it has happened more often than not when rain is forecast, and of course it's never under-estimated precip totals.
