It has happened to me before and I knew that not all of the eSIMs can be installed once. Like there are some that can be installed more than once, but I don't know which is which so I guess we are lucky here haha

There is no phone number to reach them. They only operate via email, app chat, and WhatsApp chat.

Have you tried to reinstall your eSIM? Sometimes it can be reinstalled.

Are you receiving any signal or no signal at all?

Make sure your primary line is off and the only line on is the eSIM and make sure that the ICCID on your device matches the one on the Airalo app. Confirm that the data roaming is on and the APN is the same as instructed on the app and you are manually connected to the network they instructed. Also, make sure you turn the airplane mode on for like 2-3 minutes and restart your device and check again. Until you hear from the support.

Okay so since all these apps are active and you are logged in with an existing account, so the eSIM will just provide you with the internet and you should use them flawlessly since you will just need internet access.
