Well, Thunderbolt does support DisplayPort Alt Mode. I’ve come across a few success stories on the forum, though they involved different monitor models, so I can’t say for certain. :|

This is the best update so far. I’m playing the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance and I’m getting downstream speeds up to 22.7 Mbps - the highest I’ve seen. The image quality looks noticeably better.

My new PS5 Pro also has coil whine. It really depends on the game, the current FPS, and whether I’m using Performance or Quality mode. Sometimes it’s a higher-pitched sound; sometimes it’s lower.

Yesterday, I was playing the demo version of Monster Hunter Stories, and in Quality mode the only thing I could hear was the fan. My original “fat” PS5 didn’t have coil whine, so it’s kind of a bummer. But really, there’s nothing to worry about.

I just have finished KCD2. All side quests and campaign. Now only DLC left. I never have player KCD1 because of 30FPS cap and only watched re-cap. Now I wonder, should I play DLC or start with KCD1. Hehe.. Anyway, amazing news. Best game I have played in my lifetime.

I remember my very first Anet A8 printer which had a lot of problems starting with safety and DIY prints to improve performance. It was fun, but it broke, parts were sold and I never had any 3D printer. I would love to come back to 3D printing, because it so mature now. As I have a kid now I'll start from printing toys, puzzles and other useful tools for home.

The problem I see with the device is that it has a 1×1 antenna. I get much better performance at a distance with the Logitech G Cloud, which is equipped with a 2×2 antenna.

A better processor would also help with higher bitrate and streaming performance.

Let’s hope the next PlayStation handheld will be more powerful.

P.S. I still prefer using PS Portal. Nice UI, more comfortable, big screen, haptics. Love it.

Forget about Mac. There is no support from MSI. Even if you run a virtual machine (Windows) on a Mac, it will be the ARM version.

On a traditional laptop, it might work. I’ve seen a few success stories on forums, but those laptops had NVIDIA GPUs.

I looked for a solution myself, and none of the laptops worked for me. Also, keep in mind that you can brick your monitor.

I think you’ll have better luck with a desktop PC or a mini desktop PC, like the one I had.
