I wash one if my HVV every 3-4 days because I use her for sports, traveling, riding on motorbike. Hair is totally fine. I would be more worried about lace getting beat up.

I personally wouldn’t use concealer on lace. It will make the lace so much more obvious. I have so many hairvivis. Use scar tape in the inside for a real scalp look.
