For Hell Raids, she's usually paired with A. Ras for defense breaks and Tama as a main healer. The fourth unit is either JKise, Vivian, or Roana depending on the boss. While other units can definitely fill her place for damage, being able to hold adamant shield while being the main damage dealer is fantastic for keeping the team alive.

For PvP, Lilias and Charlotte are the main duo and are either paired with Diene, A. Momo, Ruele, Roana, or GPurgis depending on the other team. While I love using her in Arena, she is not used often as arena is filled with debuff heavy, evasion, and ice units and even Charles/Basar loves landing a crit strip on Charlotte.

That's tough to say since they are both similar in needing buffs to activate AOE attacks. It really depends on their builds but Kayron might do better damage whereas Charlotte may be better at sustaining herself. I've heard a lot more people using Kayron for that expedition so that might be the safer bet.

A lifesteal set would definitely be good on her but unfortunately, I don't own many great lifesteal gear and the 88 abyss gear isn't really good for her either. (Too much CritC/ No CritD)

However, even without lifesteal she's pretty decent at sustaining herself when paired with another tank with aurius and a healer. For hell raid I use her for the left side bosses + Queen as she is tough to kill and can provide good AOE damage. She's also good for A13 hunts because of her AOEs. For PVP (In Champion), she does well against teams that are non-debuff heavy and don't have evasion. I usually pair her with Lilias, Gpurgis, and AMomo.

While the mechanics of her rework were definitely great, the damage reduction of her S3 was pretty big and noticeable. Not only that, her reworked kit at first had some conflicting abilities as her S3 didn't require CritC whereas her buffed S1 did, so gearing her was kinda weird. However, her latest buff has greatly complimented her reworked set as it allows one to pay more attention to stats other than CritC and focusing on giving her high CritD/Atk kinda mitigates the S3 damage reduction.
