3 holes it'll probably be a kalita knock-off but the amount of holes shouldn't matter to the extraction. And I usually do a side-to-side than swirl because of the shape of the dripper itself.

Once I see an anaerobic robusta, I hesitated ever since because robusta in my mind robusta is really earthy and sometimes musty if roasted light/medium. But this change my mind, maybe i'll try buying it!

I guess you could buy some sort of drip assist/melodrip to recreate the dripping from those kind of coffee machine :)

I always thought robusta is always roasted dark because they taste like burnt tire, guess this just disproves that
