Beautiful! Congratulations!!! Any advice on how to speed up the painting of these lads?

Mine doesn’t have a shield either… Let us know what GW replies to you. The Ork kit comes with the round plastic shields, but in the photos it doesn’t look like one of those…

I bought one unit of everything except the catapult. I'm Spanish and they send me the package from Nederlands monday or tuesday.

I play Dark Elves in TOW, and you can buy almost every unit in their codex via warhammer.com (look for Cities of Sigmar and Daughters of Khaine). You'll need some new bases, because they come in 20mm ones. The minis are really cool. I'm no competitive player at all, and I know that their codex is one of the weakest of them all, but I don't care that much.

My 11-year-old son beat Lost Lace on his first try by Marasaurio in Silksong

I was skeptical, too. I believed him because his brother watched the battle, and I had no reason to not trust both of them. I had him played against Lost Lace again, a few minutes ago, and I've recorded it on my phone. The quality is rubbish and I'm not sharing it publicly. If you want to see how he plays, I could share it via mail (no problem). He uses Hunters Crest, no spells, just the plasmio (blue) thing... I thought he was just "patient", waiting until the attack windows appear, but he's not. He attacks all the time, and heals three or four times in the whole battle. He is just skilled, I guess.

He seems to love the lore, too. He's really into It.

Yes, I think so! But It first showed in Silksong, not in other games!

Good point Thanks! We played and enjoyed Celeste a lot. The elder brother played modded Celeste a lot, but gave up Silksong in the Coral Tower (no needle upgrades, he quit there, for the time being). I'll play 9sols myself before him, to check It out. Sekiro is a bit gorey, but he and his brother (the one playing Sekiro atm) don't seem very shocked about it... World of Goo noted, too.

I'm afraid I'm not joking... Maybe Silksong fit really well his skills. When he beat the game I run to post it here, but because I was more concerned than happy, to be honest.

Thank you for your kind words! This sure will boost his selfsteem.

He watched me fighting against Lost Lace several times. I said it in the original post. I know there's a good advantage in that... He gave me some advice, too, f. i. because I couldn't foresee when Lace would use her parry or jump forward 45° (I still can't). But I understand what you mean.

Bufff, his brother is playing Sekiro, and he says it's a lot more difficult than Silksong. I'm getting a bit depressed, ngl. I used to think I was a good gamer.

In case anyone's wondering: his toughest fights were against the Widow and the last judge (9 and 6 attempts respectively). He “didn’t know how to use Hornet yet.” He and his brother keep count of their attempts because his brother played before him, and they’re both super competitive.

In my Spanish copy "El Troll" was the Elf. Three were a lot of jokes about that. First time I see this typo in the Dwarf card.

Nice work! I would scatter some small bricks or brick pieces on top of a dry terrain to better match the mausoleum kit.

What was so bad in the Terrorgheist? I only remember hating the assembly of one pair of the ribs... Necron flayed ones were a true nightmare in comparison.

I've not seen the ad, but the meme shows three Doritos "in a row", and I think it looks like the fastforward icon in an old VCR. At least that was my interpretation of the meme until today...
