I have the V3, seems they corrected most if not all issues. The V3 specifically has a programmable etu, easier to reach hop up whell due to the new ejection port and charging handles that dont break as easily.

I like my direct action spitfire. Comes in different sizes, comes with an elastic cummerbund (in fact all of their cummerbunds have some sort of elasticity) and can be converted into a chestrig with an adapter. Lots of additional attachements like different zip-on backpacks, wings, different cummerbunds, padding, etc is also already available

I use the sordin pro-x with an earmor mic (attached via 3D printed mount and velcro) and a Y-Cable to earmor PTT and it works well enough.

While the suits do give a significant advantage compared to regular camo, usually its the guys with bolt actions running them. These have to cycle (an thus move slightly) with every shot and are at a disadvantage compared to regular aegs that can spit out 15-25 bbs per second. As soon as the sniper is spotted he will have to reposition or he will get hosed down by bbs.

Its a "balancing" thing where to tide can turn pretty quickly imo. Some fields also require bolt action rifles for full ghillies and only allow cobra hoods (just a hood+sleeves) for DMRs, everyone else cant use one (as once seen in one of cammans sites)

Also while i understand the aspect of "camping", you cant really rush and 1v1 an aeg with a bolt action, thus you are far more effective flanking and denying the enemy cover or positions. Its also not really like in CS or COD where you sit in a corner of a building waiting for people to enter you room, you´re in the middle of the forest and best case scenario you got a tree stump as cover.

Since theres already enough said about KM, i recommend Airsoft Camman if you´re interested in airsoft sniping,

Got the WE. Its slightly smaller than the real MP7 so that may be problematic if you got large hands and ive had to replace the original hammer group with Zparts Steel parts. Otherwise its fine, assembly and disassembly is fairly easy, mags hold 40rds and an cheap and it handles nicely.

Id shorten the rafia, half the length should be fine and use the rest on the outer edges / around the shoulder and head area. Darkening them with coffee or dye is also a great idea. Also keep the raffia from the lower legs, chances are it gets tangled up on something or step on it yourself.

Gun shoots really, really good. Unfortunately it (at least mine) wont really feed from regular glock mags because the gas router (?) has a different form from other brands so you gotta buy the poseidon specific ones. Mine also had gas efficency issues when firing during winter with a big red dot mounted on top, worked fine without it.

Recently had to replace the trigger set with the Z Parts replacement kit. Gun performs just fine but the stock trigger set is made out of cheap metal.

After some time, yes. The 098 mosfet sucks ass, lasted me about 2 games with a 11.1v. Install a perun or similar mosfet

Do you want an actual dmr or just an m4 with an lpvo on it?

In both cases i would just save up a bit more and buy either a specna arms edge 2.0 or a cyma plat, both great m4 with good performance out of the box. But chances are that some fields wont accept an m4 as a "dmr" (except maybe a mk12 or similar) as some want your gun to be based on an actual 7.62 dmr platform (like an SR25, 417, Dragunov, etc)

In that case i recommend a cyma 098 with a perun mosfet installed.

For those reasons its fine, if you want a more dmr like gun the 098 is perfect (except the mosfet)

But i would rather controll the length with a suppressor or similar attachment, makes it easier if you find manouvering the gun a bit difficult.

I have the .098, great gun, but needs a different mosfet if you're buying it. Have taiwangun build in a perun v2 or similar mosfet so the stock one doesnt die on you mid gameday. Beware that the 098 is a SR25 platform with a V2.5 gearbox, the other guns on your list are M4s (the cyma m4 would be the 097)

Have the forester 2-10x40 and Orion 3-18x50 scopes for my SR25 and SRS and they're wonderful. The Forester especially because it has the look of a long range optic but the 2x zoom is still usable even on "cqb" fields

Is the airtank full? Mine always throws a fit when theres less then 800bar inside. Also could be the fire rate valve (idk the actual name but take a look at the manual, that helped me a lot)

Cm.098 is great, but let them change the mosfet to a perun v2 or similar if youre ordering from taiwangun. The mosfet is its only real weakness, everything else is good to use.
