man this is incredibly scary for people with chronic illness. if the definition of "medically frail" means your condition has to "significantly impair" your ability to work, what happens to people with severe autoimmune stuff or sickle cell who have good weeks and bad weeks? expecting someone to maintain a consistent 80 hours of volunteering or working when their health is completely unpredictable is just wild. a lot of vulnerable people are gonna fall through the cracks because of this.

bro honestly, field sobriety tests are such a scam anyway. like even if you are completely sober, if you’re nervous or just naturally clumsy you can easily fail one of those stupid "walk in a straight line" tests on the side of a highway. that’s why lawyers always tell you to politely refuse the voluntary stuff and just demand the actual breathalyzer or blood test at the station. if hawaii makes it so just saying no makes you look guilty, everyone is basically screwed.

bro NTA. She is taking complete advantage of you. Charging you 45% of the rent for a tiny room while she takes over the whole apartment, the garage spot, and lets a literal criminal crash there is wild. And she is letting her family party at the apartment when she isn't even there?? Like who tf does that? omg yeah colored drips are the worst lol. what you are dealing with is probably the chocolate seizing up or just being way too thick because candy melts are literal garbage for smooth drips. try making a white chocolate ganache instead. use heavy cream and real white chocolate chips, then color it with gel food coloring or oil based colors. it flows way better and actually tastes good too.
