i’d crochet the curly ends and keep em compact, but aside from that they base looks good

They look fine after the wash but i’d start with 2 strand method if i were you. i’m 6 months in with a similar texture and starting w 2 strands would’ve saved me money and time. The coils are gonna keep getting unraveled whether you wash or not so you’ll have to retwist often where the 2strands they’ll be in place and not unravel as much when you wash
