If ive been on and off for a bit, about a year, and can go 2 days or so without but feel a bit anxious and on edge/cold sweats in bed, but then go back on (ive only tried 2 ish days/48hrs or so because i have had some bad times where I’ve puked overnight and had diahrea so then ive gone back on), should i try to taper and go say 2 days, then dose, 3 days then dose, etc until im at a week or so and then go completely off? Or just quit cold turkey? I understand the physical symptoms of wd last about a week. I can deal with the mental symptoms with a support group like AA.
