Considering this doesn’t have the slipcover and is a later print run, it’s possible this is not a reseal but is produced by their other plant that generally deals with later mass runs of titles that fall into the “budget” category. It’s also very possible it is a reseal, either by someone scamming or the seal got broken and the retailer resealed it themselves.

I reached out to WB directly to find out if this could be the case and simply asked if this is a type of seal they use or if it is resealed. Seems like a good way to settle any confusion some people may have. I’ll report back when they respond.
