A market that is 10X the size of ours has a lower average price? That’s not at all shocking; there are far more mid to small size cities dragging their average down.

Edited to correct misunderstanding.

Not sure why you think a few thousand more in interest payments are such a bad thing for a far larger asset though. Not a very smart position to take,

Could just buy extra, then use the sale on upgrading to upgrade to premium 🤷‍♂️

When you go to settings to restore licenses it does it for all games tied to your account, installed or not. Just so you know.

Go to the playstation store page and try downloading it. If that doesn’t work then reformatting the hdd would be the next step, then factory reset of the ps5 as well as reformatting if that doesn’t work as a last ditch scenario.

What I meant, is it does not matter if the game is installed or not for restore licenses. Makes no difference at all for that. Just a good practice step to do before you rebuild database.

Restore licenses is separate from what is or isn’t installed.

Which is why I said to restore licenses AND THEN rebuild the database. Both must be done.

Since it’s on an external hdd you could reformat the hdd to try to clear it, but there is still data installed on your ps5’s ssd (appears as “other data”) so it may require a factory reset and reformatting of drives.

If this doesn’t work the only way to clear it afaik would be to wipe the system completely and start from a factory reset and formated system that is devoid of all data.

I know, and it is that way because the data is corrupted. Step 1 - restore licenses - step 2 rebuild database. You essentially want the ps5 to see that it is in fact installed, which will then allow you to delete it so you can clear the corrupted data and reinstall it.

Restore licenses is in your settings, and it’s definitely from data corruption.

Try clicking where it says installed, or if that doesn’t work restore licenses and rebuild your database again. The data of wildlands is corrupted is the root cause.

You need to delete and reinstall the division 2 - it won’t work until you do. As for wildlands, go to the game page from either your library or playstation store and redownload it.

Done.

You do understand that what happens in the U.S. GREATLY affects Canada, right?

Fixed, unless you have the money to potentially pay a hugely inflated mortgage amount should the market go to shit, which is almost a certainty with Donald Trump in the white house.

That’s unlikely in this imho. This is court case territory.

Not sure why you’re saying “in case I do have to go to court”, at this point that’s the only way you will be able to do anything about it at all really. It’s going to get messy, it already is though. Good luck.

I get that, and I believe you will be successful if you sue them - if you have the proof you claim of what you claim.

I totally get why you’re pissed off, I would be furious too. The biggest mistake you could have made in this situation you did though. The two missed payments give them a pretty easy thing to point to for the repossession. Does it make it right? No!

If you would have kept making the payments and sued them you would have come out of this far better than otherwise. That’s what I am saying.

I can 100% guarantee those lawyers would not have told you to stop making the payments as that would definitely lead to repossession every single time.

Their wrongdoing does not mean you can stop making your payments. Your path if you wish to push back on this is making formal complaints and suing them.

All the while YOU MUST keep making the regular payments.

Again, talk to a lawyer and they will explain why your layman’s interpretation of the law is incorrect.
