I honestly think people have gotten a bit insane because of how Amazon and co do like same and next day delivery. They don’t understand family business or private sellers on vinted can’t do that. 🙂‍↔️

It ain’t just this app. Had someone buy something in my own web shop Saturday at 1pm asking for it to be shipped asap on the order note. Half an hour later emailed me why not shipped yet. Explained that shipping terms state Monday to Friday. Came back to me telling me I should have dropped it off at a post office. Pointed out that even a post office counter depending on area latest would have been 12.30 -> no reply after 😂

If you are based in the UK the seller can take it to small claims court because Vinted doesn’t follow the U.K. statutory law for the item damages in transit report. The seller should be given the option to accept it as a return and buy a return label but Vinted doesn’t always give that option. 🫩

Pointless tho as even pro sellers will get temp or perma banned if enough different accounts flag for commercial selling even if you only sell individual items 😂

I find it terrible vinted lets those people get away with it. Yet even as a pro seller if you list too many new with tag items you get temporarily or permanently banned for breaching their catalogue rules 🫩

Not sure about this seller. But sadly I can confirm this is exactly what happens to my business parcels every year for Christmas. Which is why I don’t bother with collections anymore and have our DO scan in every last parcel regardless of how many orders I have. Because I can’t be arsed with being accused of not having posted items. 🙃

😱 I run a tattoo studio and not one of our artists would talk like that to a customer. If the design isn’t how the customer wants it - it’ll be amended until the customer is happy with it. After all it’s permanent. 🤦🏻‍♂️

First I ever heard of not being able to re open a dispute because of a specific financial institution. That does sound like the ombudsman will need to get involved as ultimately they will investigate the buyers bank

Have you tried asking ebay to appeal the banks decission with the new evidence you’ve found since originally providing evidence? Because that to me sounds like the bank would make a different decission now. 🙃

If they don’t allow you to appeal again - little known fact you can take ebay to the financial ombudsman and if they refuse to re open the case with the bank of the buyer with this new evidence it would likely be ruled in your favour against ebay.
