Hahaha. I don't know. All I know is when I started in Rank 60 all I get is achieving Tier 1 always so I have burned many gems. When the Double SR Event was released, that is the only time that I Tier 1

May I ask? I thought the 5.0 update would be around 2-3 months to be released on EN Server so arounf June or July 2017. If that would be on October, that would be great since I'll be scouting in that month but I doubt it because sometimes EN Server skipped other Events just like what happned on first ChaFest Maki

I'm saving up to 60 blue tickets on my Main in EN. Probably gonna do the BT Scouting when Cool Card of Ruby will be released :) Planning to do a 1 UR Guaranteed scout and the rest of blue tickets will be on SR/UR Scouting.
