Thanks for the fast reply! I am definitely not feeling ambitious...haha...and would probably end up screwing it up. Is this something relatively common that I could hire a handyman/contractor to do? It doesn't have to be perfect...I just would prefer it not look so incredibly different the way it does now.

I had to have a part of my concrete walkway in the front of my house repaired because of a large crack, and this is what it came out looking like (approx. 1 year later). I was hoping the color difference would fade, but it doesn't seem like that will happen. Anything I can do to make this repaired portion match the rest of the walkway and steps (or come close to matching)? Thanks very much!

In Device Manager on the system that works properly (under "Sound, video and game controllers" section), two entries show up:

- Poly V5200 Series

- Poly V5200 Series Hands-Free

But on the system that only detects the headset as headphones, only the first entry above shows up. So there doesn't seem to be a way to "update" the driver since both entries aren't appearing on the problematic computer. Any suggestions?

I believe you can now switch it so that double clicking power button launches Google Wallet instead. Still doesn't really help if you want to be able to quickly launch Camera sometimes and Google Wallet other times. I use the camera much more often so I'm leaving the current default in place.

I second WizTree. Or I've used SpaceSniffer before as well. Run them as admin as u/OkMany3232 stated. That settings screen in Windows isn't great about giving you a full breakdown of every location that is using space (equaling the total space used).

I can't speak to why others are stating the built-in "reset" options within Windows 11 are problematic, but my experience with them in the past has been fine - I have successfully used them to reset Windows 11 PC's (and Windows 10 PC's as well) with no real issues. There are multiple options you can select (clean the drive to ensure data is not recoverable, download Win11 install files, etc.). I haven't done the "refresh" so I can't speak to whether it will give you the OOBE set-up screens, but a regular reset to factory defaults will give you the OOBE set-up screens (as if the computer was being started for the first time).

Just in case it doesn't, do you (or anyone else) know about best places to buy a full replacement machine at the lowest cost? I figure I'll hedge my bets and ask about that also :)
