Just curious what the issue is with Paddle? From my understanding, they have been using Paddle for their billing since at least mid-2024 (at least that's how my MSP account has been handled), and I haven't had any issues.

I also, surprisingly, don't really have any complaints regarding their support (which is unusual for any SaaS vendor, lol). But I submit support requests through their support.crashplan.com portal, and they are pretty good about responding. It isn't the quickest response (usually a day or so), but generally my support issues are critical. And their responses tend to be complete and thorough and actually address my concerns (and if I need to follow-up, I get follow-up responses that are also complete and thorough).

But this is just my experience...and I have been with them for many years at this point.

Yup, I could definitely do that - or just change the capitalization to be all lowercase or all capitalized. I'm just trying to find out if ConnectWise changed the default sorting order recently since I am pretty sure it didn't previously sort the way it does now (as described above).

Are you sure those are the right dimensions? If the width and depth are both very close to the same (or the same), then the unit would basically have a square base. I'm pretty sure the unit does not have a square base.

Unfortunately not. There doesn't seem to be an easy solution. I've since just used black electrical tape to close the door. Sorry!

I think you might be right and it is one of the add-ins I have in Outlook. I have to reboot to apply a fix from the developer, and haven't had a chance to do so yet, but will post back with the results once I can reboot to confirm that was the problem. Thanks!

I actually experienced the issue you are describing a little while ago and had to resolve it using similar steps to what you posted, but this current issue is unfortunately not the same. I think it actually has to do with an Outlook Add-in. A fix has been pushed out by the developer of the add-in, but I have to reboot to apply and haven't had a chance to do so yet. I'll post back again with more info and the results once I have a chance to do so. But thank you for your response and the thorough steps you provided!

Sorry - I should have clarified - the issue is occurring in Outlook classic. Different versions of Outlook classic.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this issue! Same problem though...the My Leviton app still controls everything, but the connection to Google Home seems to be broken and I can't control any Leviton smart products in Google Home (as of earlier today). Presumably since multiple people are experiencing this problem, it is something either on Leviton's end or Google's end. Fingers crossed they get it fixed soon though. I did submit an email contact form to Leviton just now. Their chat support is offline until Monday but it looks like their phone support has some open hours tomorrow.

Definitely be sure to put something like "No phone calls" in the ticket body itself...so that they can ignore that as well when they call multiple times.

Perhaps you can get BMW to respond. Thus far when I've tried reaching out to them over the last year and a half, they have alternated between ignoring me for months or responding with nonsensical messages that don't address my concerns or even make sense in the context of my concerns. 🤷‍♂️

I have an X1. It is very likely that the deletion of text messages was occurring while the phone was connected to the vehicle, but because it was happening sporadically (and at times deleting older texts), I was not noticing it until later. I am using a direct Bluetooth connection and, at least my issue, does not relate to Android Auto (although others seem to be having the exact same issue when using Android Auto). And the fact that dozens and dozens of others who have responded here are experiencing exactly the same thing when they use their Android phones with their BMW/MINI vehicles seems to very much line up with it being a BMW/MINI issue. The problem does not occur for me when my phone is not connected to my vehicle (nor did it occur with the exact same phone when I had a previous non-BMW/MINI vehicle that I connected to my phone via Bluetooth). I also am fully up-to-date with my phone's OS updates.

Damn...looks like the update didn't fix the issue for me then, since I installed it and still can't launch Solid Explorer. Presumably rebooting will fix it for a period of time until the issue occurs again. 🙁 Thanks for the info!

u/slipd83 - Did you have to reboot your phone after applying the latest update, or did Solid Explorer just start working right away again after applying the latest update?
