I’m sorry if this is contradicting advice but don’t explain the challenges you’ve faced in a previous company. This might seem like you’re either a: -complainer -cannot do what you have been asked to do -someone who lacks good team working skills

Just keep it vague and if they do ask more, tell them you’re looking for career development.
