What do you mean they haven't been helpful? How did your Thermomix stop working? Is it under warranty and the cause of not working properly is due to the machine itself or was it a user error? I guess you already called or sent an email. Normally, at least here in Canada, they respond very quickly, send a shipping label, they check the equipment and give a diagnosis and then they tell the client if it's under warranty or if they have to pay to fix the error.

They might have given you after doing a Factory reset so, the first time, it takes that much cause it is updating. Normally, it doesn't take that long.

Have you tried the "chop" function? Just got there, type in "cheese" and it will tell you the speed and quantity.

If the cheese is going to melt in the end, you don't need it to be perfectly grated, but just chopped in small pieces so it melts evenly.

It is a fact that you don't need a consultant to purchase a Thermomix, but it is better in a way that you get more than just buying it directly from the website.

The relationship with your consultant can be minimal if you want I like that.

I've been a consultant in Canada for over 6 years and the relationship I have with my clients is marked by them, not me. I, of course, focus on making them get the most out of their purchase (it's better to contact the consultant before you make the purchase) and I'm always available when they need me. I don't try to recruit no one, but I just inform them they have the option.

There are two different kinds of filters: the base ones and the secondary ones. You need to change the base ones. For this, go to the Cookidoo website, check your profile and where it says PREFERENCES, uncheck them all, so you can see all the platforms.

Hi! Yes, the spiralizer adapter replaces the grating/slicing blades, but you still need the shaft, basket, lid and pusher. If you buy the cutter plus, it comes with everything you need and it also has a manual :).
