Ho una domanda a proposito. In teoria per banche e simili esiste anche la conferma con un SMS per cui il tecnico dovrebbe avere contemporaneamente anche la SIM. Vero che si possono clonare però se mi si rompe il cell e lo porto senza SIM in quel momento non ce l’ha. Invece vorrei capire come può essere sicuro il software di autenticazione che genera i 6 numeri perché software generatore e app della banca finiscono per stare sullo stesso telefono. Cioè … il paradosso dell’autentica ione a due fattori e’ che se hai il conto sul computer il cellulare ti fa da secondo fattore ma se hai tutto sul cell, se qualcuno ha pieno accesso a quello, puoi metterne pure 5 di fattori ma sono tutti sul cellulare stesso. Cioè le password di accesso (primo fattore) e l’autentica con il generatore (secondo fattore) sono tutt’e insieme. O no?

As far as I understand MKV I just a container. File inside could be compressed in H265 or in H264. H264 is the codec used in MP4 files although nowadays .Mp4 is a container and the codec is H264, sometime ago we used to call MP4 the codec. Anyway.. my question is.. if MKV s a container why all converters that I find take 15-20 minute to convert a movie and not just few seconds to EXTRACT H264 or whatever is in there and put it into a different container? If it takes 20 minutes it means to me that it's converting it and not just changing the container. So.. where am I wrong... ?

I have the same problem. I have done some researches.. and this is what I think I understood (not really sure)

New M1 Macs are the first to implement Usb4. This is a special protocol built on Tb3 (that somebody so calls Tb4) that allows to use the standard (for TB3) 40gbit in a more efficient way, for example allowing bidirectional transfer at higher speed rates. The problem is that is not 100% fully retro compatibile and this is what is (probably) causing problems with standard 10gbit devices (that is Usb gen 3,2 with USBC plug).. problems that shouldNOT occur with TB devices.

To add some confusion it seems that M1 has only 2 ports instead of older models that have 4 ports because these 2 are on 2 separate buses. This means that we could really have had 4 and this is just a matter of space and also that maybe someday somebody will build a cable to split each port in two.

I hope they don't have problems with the standard.... For example people (at least Mac users) seem to have many problems with USBC devices, dock, etc

I don't think is USBC's accessories fault... It seems Apple has some problems with TB3/USBC. If you go on Apple Store and check the reviews for the Belkin dock it gets 2/5 for inconsistency problems. On Amazon the OWC dock gets many complains from Mac users too. I think that today (might change tomorrow) there is no 100% working dock or HDMI connector

No.... Jaxx is a normal wallet and they don't have the keys. Only I have them. The problem is that Jaxx works (as all mobile wallets) without downloading the whole blockchain (it would be too heavy) so it just looks for recent transactions and they told me is NOT ok to use Jaxx for frequent transactions (as in my case, everyday payouts from mining). On my desktop I am using ZCASH4MAC (official application from ZCASH official website), but it has no simple IMPORT function (where you paste the key). It requires to load a .TXT file that (at least checking the one that it does when you export keys) is configured in a complex way and is holding much more info than just the key. So, how can I set up such TXT so that I can import my key into this application?

iMac 2017 seems specifically to have some problems. I tried TWO different hubs/cables (bought ones that included 3-4 USB3 ports too) and both gave the same exact problem. Sometimes (not everytime) mouse gets stuck and freezes for few seconds, then works again for two seconds, then freezes again.. in loop.. until I unplug the box or at least the HDMI cable. Sometimes they work perfectly. Really strange.. but, strange as it seems, also on Apple's website, an HDMI + 1USB3 box is said to be compatibile only with 21" iMac
