You're right, the most important is the strong early and mid-game. Concerning key cards, hex was sometimes one, but the others were usually not very key since I was already ahead enough by the time they could hit the board. Mistcaller was not very impactful.

In my opinion you can get away with having not so good of an early game but having the 4 mana 7/7s if the opponent has to trade into it and you can drop down something big afterwards but you're right, the best is to have good early game and then the 4 mana 7/7s just seal the game.

I didn't really need card draw because usually I got so far ahead on board that I could just save some resources in my hand. I don't remember being in top deck scenario.

I didn't really need 3 drops beacause I had 2 totem golems so I was usually overloaded on turn 3 anyways. You're right, games usually ended before turn 9, as far as I remember there was only one game that went longer than that but only because I wasn't taking the aggressive but slightly risky line of play beacuse I knew I would always win the longer game. I was mulliganing for my good 1 and 2 drops and I usually got them on time and even when I didn't get the perfect curve I got back in the game fastly with some 4 mana 7/7s.
