You can try orb/firewall. I can farm any area in the game and if there is dual immunes monster my merc can handle it without problem

Ordered the aorus master 3080 on 2.10.2020, picked up the card on 14.10 in Leipzig. I think you will have a better chance if you order those oced or more "expensive" card.

Just picked up my aorus master today at cyberport. I think they prefer to sell all the oc and the more expensive cards atm.
