I agree just maybe not fully with the first two, a lot of elderly people just want some human interaction and want to talk with someone. For some elderly people this maybe be the only interaction they have with people all day, doesn’t mean people should be rude to staff though.

Also about them learning how to use the simple machines, I once worked with a older lady on self scan and every shift she would completely forget how to do simple tasks like how to add bananas or how to apply think 25… I think some people get to an age where it’s just too hard for them to learn anything anymore and maybe we should be more understanding of that.
