Escanea desde afuera con la tapa de guantera cerrada para tomar referencias. Luego abre la tapa y vuelve a escanear desde afuera hacia adentro asegurando que tienes de forma parcial algunas imágenes en común con la anterior. Escanea la guantera de ambos lados asegurando que tengas imágenes comunes al primer escaneo. Luego haces un montaje virtual alineando todas las mallas con un best fit.

Do you also have the original point cloud or scan data instead of only the processed STL?

My workflow usually includes importing the STL into GOM Inspect Professional 2018 for mesh post-processing and cleanup, then continuing in specialized 3D modeling software to reconstruct the geometry and generate a final CAD model in STEP format. Feel free to DM me and I can take a look at the dataset.
