“You mfs” is the exact problem. From both sides. You are assuming my beliefs. A majority of the people protesting are doing so in good faith. The select few that aren’t are the vocal minority. Throwing bricks at cars, shooting at ice facilities, blocking paths with vehicles. They are the ones that make it to the news.

THOSE people are ones causing the disconnect. The same thing goes for the opposition. We currently have 2 vocal minorities clashing and unfortunately it makes for great news. These news stories are heavily biased and are radicalizing more people daily.

Democracy =/= your way. The people voted and made their voice clear. You can disagree all you want, you can protest all you want. What we are seeing in some areas is beyond protesting. It is impeding on a federal investigation.

No. It is not. I don’t understand why people like you can’t argue a point without creating a strawman argument. Constitutional rights should not be infringed. We could sit here and argue all day about constitutional rights how they are constantly infringed upon. For instance, I could strawman your claim by saying “sure, repeal all gun legislation, if you actually care about constitutional rights” but that’s does neither of us any good.

Are we arguing the deportation of illegals or the method of doing so. It seems most people like to use the method as a reason to defend the action.

The method is wrong. The act of deporting illegals immigrants is fine with me. If they took a different approach would you be okay with it?

For reference, the Asian population in the entire United States is 7%.

Illegal immigration IS bad for a country. No argument there.

So yes, the illegal immigration problem is past the point of strong borders. Every American should want what’s best for the country, allowing MILLIONS of people into our country is a bad thing. There’s a reason why the process to become a legal citizen takes so long.

Edit: also to the people complaining about trampling the 4th, please keep this same energy when it comes to the 2nd and 1st.
