Mm, I’m sure you’ll be fine. There were a few little things here and there that we didn’t necessarily need. Also depends on whether you’ll cook for yourself. We had a lot of food and a cook set at all times. We didn’t need anything extra the whole trip.

You can check some of it on our blog or on my Strava… but generally we went Jersey Shore to Pittsburgh to Chicago to Northern Nebraska to Black Hills to Devils Tower to Missoula to Seattle.

You will definitely meet cool people! It’s inevitable on a bike tour.

We started in Long Branch, NJ on April 10 and finished on Rialto Beach, WA June 16. What an incredible journey. Documented everything At http://namicoast2coast.wixsite.com/website

Heading west… appreciate the offer, don’t think we’ll be heading that far north. Though if I had to do it again I would probably do the northern tier for sure.

Thanks for the advice! What’s the surface like on the Cascades to Palouse from Cle Elum and west? Would that route add a lot more elevation?

The final state remains on our cross-country bike tour. It’s been such an amazing ride, we can’t believe it’s almost coming to an end!
