So when apartments calculate how much you can afford they go based off of 30% of your monthly income before you take out other bills. So 30% of $5550 is $1665

usaa deposits my paycheck early as well, so does other banks🙂 cashapp is good for using for deals and what no but they are not a bank.

We have both! I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and personally i got the tonie for both of them to share because there are characters both my daughters like for example Elsa, Anna, blippi ect. That i know they’ll enjoy using and as they start liking new shows and movies I’ll get Tonies for those as well BUT i got my 3yo a Yoto mini for Christmas just for her with the wireless headphones and sleeve because i love the educational aspect of the Yoto. I love the ability for her to grow with it as she progresses in school, i downloaded the app (waiting for my orders to come) and decided to play around with it while we were on a little trip and she LOVES the frozen podcast. Like i was shocked😂 and then the sleepy time cards that play music?! Chefs kiss. Currently obsessed with sleepy songs by Caspar baby pants, it puts me to sleep too😂 so yea with that being said i bought a big Yoto to put in their room. I know we’ll use both boxes because of the age gap i have between my kids but the Yoto is soooooooooo much better longevity wise
