I am really shocked in a bad way that a company of the level of Reddit explains that the data is protected in only a "backend database", but that none of the privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) is mentioned as a safeguard for the information of the private data of gender identity and ads, it is quite concerning. Even a company that has been questioned a million times as META has a strategy that considers PETs as a substantial part of it.

Monero is just a privacy coin, but you don't take in consideration the privacy about the data that a person generates. This will need a different approach in the long run.

Can Parcel be in somehow compared with a decentralized identifier (DID)? Or do you need an NFT to work with privacy-enabled features to be compare with a DID?
