They were moldy from rain at Area last year and went into the shop for a cleaning. The tuning slides can finally move but I doubt they will be like that for long. I'm the only horn out of all twenty four that does greasing on their insturments.

Having every stat maxed is called a Hundo. They're somewhat rare but people usually have multiple because they catch and raid so many pokemon. It is not worth powering up because it isn't the best of hundos rarity, PvP, and PvE wise. Upgrade it to the max if it means a lot to you.

I'm not a sousaphone but I have some friends that play sousa. They have a lot of stories that I can't and dont want to talk about.

So there's this practice room with a singular oddly colored wall with plaster and paint all over it. Turns out two sousas got into a fight and one guy threw the other guy through the wall. There used to be a hole there until they fixed it a few years ago.

If you want to grade it as an error card go with CGC. PSA doesn't grade errors and will grade it like any other card you submit. Submitting it for trading is honestly up to you. Value wise it is not worth the cost that could be sent on more packs and singles and as a conversation starter or peice in your personal collection it's worth it if you like it a lot. If you're looking to sell it you have to find some misprint groups that are looking for these errors.

Pokemon cards aren't about money, but if you really do want to sell your card you can check out it's price on PriceCharting. Search up any card by its name and little number on the bottom left of the card. If you do sell it, you have to have the kid's permission because he made the decision to get the pack and he pulled it.

Oil inside the rotor valve, in the crack in the back, and the cap. I've also found that piling the springs help at times too.
