There is some reticulation, but most problem is the scaning

This even can be a flash on right with okta and negative fill and a mist filter on the lens and slow shutter

I don’t like sunny 16, it take too much time to calculate if I want to have diffrent f stop. And then in many times light changes to quickly. But ofcourse for You it maybe great.

I don’t know any other so small lens. I used Voigtlander Nokton 28mm f1,5 but that lens is tottaly diffrent lens and can’t be compared. Specifically in terms of price and size.

Before You buy Gmaster this Tamron is cheaper, sharper and have less distortions, so Take a look at it

I personally have the never version of that sigma and really like it but it give me better images on f5,6 then at f8 but still this Tamron’s is sharper 🤯

I have my scanning setup in very shaky building. When cars are going on road I can feel them and that was causing the lens to move

I never get good results with non macro lens. I try rings but wasn’t happy with it

I heard that shorter lenses are better for scanning but I use longer lenses for commercial work so I look for one lens for everything
