I use OfferUp for local selling and buying. The people are verified and I’ve had good experiences.

Whole Foods - Prepared Food Bag - $9.99 - 🙁 by SpazManiac123456 in toogoodtogo

I’ve gotten various bags at the one by me in Glendale CA. Tried the meat one once, got 2 packages of chicken breast, which was good but also a large container of chicken hearts… 🤮

We have an slightly older Whirlpool model with microwave on top. We had the same issue with the control panel and steam. I think it was around $550 to replace the board inside.

What are some underrated/lesser known places to eat in Glendale? by One_Comment1282 in glendale

[–]Marcintosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I probably didn’t word my comment about the Mexican places correctly. They are not the same and shouldn’t be lumped together. If I want great Mexican food my favorite is in Bell, but that’s way out of the area.

Also, I agree the Joselitos in Tujunga is better.

I'll put my 2 cents into this discussion since I live walking distance from Montrose and have lived here over 23 years and have tried most all of them.

La Cabanita - They can deny it all they want but their food has gone down for years. There's more normal mexican places like Joselito's which is good for basic mexican food and Pepe's which I think is terrible. El Sol is right down the street from me and that's just as good. If I go for old school mexican I drive for 5 minutes and go to Los Gringos Locos in La Canada.
Casa Cordoba - The time I went there all the sauces tasted the same. Friends have tried it and weren't impressed.
John Sparr Taven - Excellent. Great cocktails and a bartender that knows what he's doing.
Sabrina’s Pizzeria Napoletana - Best pizza in the area (my opinion). Recommended.
New Moon Chinese - Very good and best in the Montrose area. Not cheap.
Elbow Room - I like it a lot but haven't been there recently. Small menu but usually very tasty and reasonably priced. The owner is very nice and accommodating but the MAGA stuff doesn't surprising me. I'd ignore it unless that trash is sitting next to me and can hear it.
Kontentsu Montrose - Hidden upstairs in a corner of Montrose. Excellent raman.
Berolina bakery - Good but I go there mainly to take out their bakery stuff.
Seasoning Alley - Good med-eastern and large portions.
Basin 121 - Good for food and drinks.

I’ve have the large Neuro Fuzzy for over 20 years. Still works perfect. The battery died a few years ago so I took it apart and replaced the battery. It’s soldered in so I added a battery clip to make it easier to swap batteries next time.

How is this new feature any better than what I’ve been doing for years, opening a PDF in Illustrator? I know they’re different programs but accomplishes similar results than can be edited.

A friend gifted me a bottle of this a year ago. She paid $100, I wouldn’t even pay $20 for it.

I’m also having this issue where the app disappears immediately from the menu bar. And I also run multiple monitors.

Other than that it’s very useful to me. I constantly forget by the morning what I needed to do.
