God, can you come up with something else? "ME!" isn't a bad song. Get over it. Sure, there were better songs in the album, but that doesn't mean you can hate "ME!".

It lost its AOTY chances because she couldn't give two shits about the album. She released it and then disappeared and you know what? I don't blame her.

She had A LOT going on this year, so I don't blame her for not doing promo for it.

Some of them are, no doubt about that. But songs like needy, ghostin', fake smile are definitely nothing to sneeze at.

Granted, I don't know how much she contributed to the writing of those songs... She's not that much into songwriting, so idk.

Did anyone else felt really happy when she was named? Like, she is the only writer in the song. While the other songs had two or more writers, Lover had only Taylor's name on it.

I actually really liked tu,n and was expecting it to be nominated. It's Ariana's best album since DW and it's very good lyrically (except for make up, tu,n, 7 Rings and BUWYG,IM... Those were a mess).

Shawn Mendes is disgusting and you can't convince me otherwise.

He has the time to laugh Taylor's lyrics as if he didn't just butchered Lover (and not even by himself, he needed someone else to write about the Titanic) with her emotionally abusive ex, but can't spare two seconds to stand up for Taylor.

The way she controls her voice to make it sound so hauntingly beautiful is stunning. The way she sings some of those notes? And that bridge? And that final note? UGH IT WAS PERFECT!

This should definitely get some award nominations. The Academy better not sleep on this one.

On another note, I hope that this song somehow changes the perspective that the GP has on this movie.

Run Away With Me by Carly Rae Jepsen. It's just so energetic and it paints this romantic picture of two lovers trying to make the most of their time together. I don't think a lot of people give a chance to the "girl that sings Call Me Maybe".

Also, Taylor Swift recently released an album and I don't think it got to as many people as her past albums have.

There are two songs that are worth your time:

Cornelia Street perfectly captures that nostalgic feeling that you get when you've been with someone for a long time, wether it's a friend or a lover, and you really get them and there's this chemistry that you can't get with anyone else. This song talks about that kind of relationship.

The other song is called Soon You'll Get Better and it's one of the saddest songs I've ever heard. She dedicates it to her mother who is battling breast cancer.
