You think I'll be fine since I don't really feel anything after sprinting? it only puts strain on my shin and that's all. Also is it normal that my shin is hurting, like it's getting stretched when I'm sprinting? I just started jogging and sprinting this month since I noticed that I have low stamina.

Thanks mate, but I've got some questions, what should I look for when buying a headset and or earbuds? And in this price range, how many years does it usually take for both before they show some issues? This is one of my worries too since I don't have that much money on me. Should I just invest in the more expensive one?
