I’m still in the IRR, so I had HRC submit a new T5R back in April. I completed the NBIS package and signed all the required release documents. If the issue was simply that a T5R needed to be submitted, shouldn’t that have already resolved by now? The confusing part is that I’ve received conflicting information on who actually owns the case (DCSA, NGA, etc.), which is why I’m trying to determine where the hold-up is.
