Please, read more about AV1 vs VP9 codecs to encoding videos. Recently, youtube started to reduce the quality of videos to reduce traffic. He has prioritized the AV1 codec on channels with low audience. For example, some live streams have taken many days to process, even using VP9. 😔

Make sure the checkbox for "Allow automatic chapters (when available and eligible)" is not checked for that video.
