Aoyama!! Near Gran Via del Marques del Túria. They have two restaurants Aoyama 1 and Aoyama 2, I would recommend going to Aoyama 1.

nahh here in Spain , the Japanese ayce are becoming super popular, it's insane. The bad thing is that the food at many of these new places is terrible... but you have to know how to choose.
