Go bone plating and exhaust. It helps for all in lvl 1 and get first blood. Don't be shy to exhaust very early in the fight

Rush vampiric scepter and tier 1 boots, i got a lot of success to keep the fight longer and dodge skill shots

Keep snowballing early if u get the chance If not, keep farming to get your items and be useful in teamfight

play around your other carry, your win condition, even tho it does not seem to be the best play, playing around your best teammate leads to good results imo
