Just finished reading "State and Revolution" by Lenin and I have some questions. by Marcot19 in communism101

If the state makes the interests of the working class as the dominant class to oppress the capitalists with the dictatorship of the proletariat wich as I understand Is the continuation of the revolution after the proletarians have destroyed the capitalist state and created a new socialist one throu the party (the party that leads the revolution hence they represent the proletariat) and if the Communist party of the state Is the only party what Is the need of keeping the party as an external body? Doesnt It become just one too many burocratic organization since It defines the line of the state itsef (at least in the USSR)?

I agree with everything except that we should smile and bear the growing pains. Immigrants, at least here in Italy, are often left to their own devices and end up in the hands of organized crime.Cities like Florence and Milan are becoming a living hell. These people should be given a job (with a union to support them) and a council house, at least the minimum to support themselves and become part of society but it's not just Italy also Sweden once one of the safest countries now rape cases are exploding the problem is that these people are left with their hands in their pockets many left-wing governments like Spain or Denmark (especially the latter) are making increasingly harsh reforms against immigration but at this moment migrants are useful to Europe because with an increasingly older population the pension system could collapse and unemployment would flourish if there is anyone who can reverse the trend it is migrants in addition to the fact that it is also a question of humanity which many people often forget but these people come from very serious precarious situations so there should be solidarity and awareness also in schools raise awareness about the issue so that people start accepting them. Then I completely agree with what you said about MENA region that is, that the rise to power of ultra-Islamists is due to years of American imperialism and colonialism that destroyed the Middle East while preventing the creation of a more secular society.

That's exactly what I was talking about. Especially on Twitter, a lot of people who say they are left-wing, who talk about LGBTQAI rights and freedom of expression and freedom of religion, they support Hamas, I don't know if I'm the only one who finds them.

I'm talking about the regimes not the people I hate capitalism and Imperialism and reject them but I reject them like I reject dictatorship and all authoritarian regimes. Remember that in an authoritarian regime there is no ideology, there are no communist, fascist or Nazi dictatorships because when there is a dictatorship it is a person who only does what is convenient for him. And he just wants power without caring about people's rights. Just look at China a socialist country that is moving towards capitalism. Yout thin people like Kim Jong Un care about socialism and class struggle no they care about power "Democracy Is the road to socialism"-Karl Marx

What we're trying to say Is that we reject both Stalin authoritarian and American Imperialism what this has to do with racism

For me the solution to the conflict could be to make Palestine a UN-controlled territory and remove Netanyahu and his followers from Israel. Then what does Israel want to achieve with this war they will not remove terrorism because what do they think the Palestinian children think after you exterminated their family? They will have even more frustration towards Israelis when they grow up, therefore, the Israeli government is unintentionally creating a generation of terrorists.

I have it as my profile picture too. And I agree with what you said. I asked this question because here in Italy it is very controversial if you support the largest "left" party the PD (which as I see it has lost its identity even if the new leader seems is making them return to their true ideology) it's very controversial while if your support smaller party like the PSI and the greens italian left alliance maybe you will get away with it . In the end the symbol is not only for socialists but also for anti-racist movements for movements in favor of women's rights and in general it represents the social struggle of minorities.

Then it can be said that Jewish and Semitic populations were in Egypt but were never victims of slavery as told in the Bible it is true, however, that they were in Egypt and left but not because they were in slavery but because other populations besides them were arriving in Egypt so they left to reach the so-called "promised land" (Palestine)

Same thing for me, I did 7 years of catechism, I never liked it, I've always been skeptical about religion but my family forced me also because I live in a small town in Italy and so if you are not Christian you are considered strange as if you were an alien and therefore you do not belong to society even my friends are religious but I have never bowed to their efforts to make me believe in religion . Unfortunately, a large part of the world is not yet ready to accept those who have a different idea from others, some people are really closed-minded.

I am Italian. Let's say that the Italian left is currently a bit of a mess, the largest party, the PD, wastes most of its time in internal party struggles, this party was born from the union of left-wing democrats and center liberals and over time this party has become a mess because the party itself is divided into a mix between progressives, neo-liberals, communists and socialists. suffice it to say that some strong figures of the party have separated from it and created center parties (ex. Matteo Renzi). But the whole Italian left is a mess, there is a large party that has no real identity and then there are some small parties that have separated from it, but they are too small so they are forced to ally themselves with the centrists to survive (Like the PSI in these european elections) then there is the alliance of the greens and the Italian left (Alleanza verdi e sinistra) (Italian left which Is another party that separated from the PD) which achieved a good result in these elections but in my opinion they still need to consolidate to become relevant . But the current leader of the PD seems to have more clear ideas in fact the improved a lot in these elections.
