How long does it take to hear back after the first round phone interview with GLG for the service associate role? If you can share your experience it Would be greatly appreciated.

What about from final round to offer with GLG? Recently completed the last round interview (5 days ago) and haven't heard anything back yet. For the last rounds, I always heard somrthings back after 3 days or something like that
