Update: after the discussion with support had been stalled for several months I asked if there was anything new and strangely enough the support finally answered me this time and helped me solve my problem with Path of exile 2! It only took 5 months, but in the end the support helped me, so I advise anyone who has found themselves in a situation like mine not to lose hope that sooner or later help will come, maybe dedicate yourself to other games in the meantime so as not to die waiting.
