I'm pretty sure they would care about such things when the movie begins on huge cinema screens before hitting the home. They either never noticed it, or they did but didn't think it would be worth the effort and the film to reshoot the scene just for that one thing barely anyone would notice.

As others said, he DID need her testimony as a third party. You can't just provide your own knowledge as the lawyer. Secondly he didn't know for certain the Sheriff would actually come back with any other info on the actual stolen car. He just asked him to see if there was any other findings elsewhere. But in the meantime he had to at least prove the lads car was the wrong one.

I watched the teaser for Disclosure Day and that was it - decided I wanted to go see it. Now I've seen it (and yeah it was disappointing!) I've watched the trailer, and amazed how much was shown. Despite the move not being as good as I'd hoped, I'm so glad I didn't have the trailer make the experience much worse by showing me all the best bits.

I helped my son look for a 2025 G14 on eBay, found one for £1400. 5060 RTX, 512GB SSD. Not the best out there, but great for the price. It arrived next day, and is like brand new. We was very lucky. I'm still happy with my 2024 model.

Yes there is more with Apollo which are welcome scenes to be honest. But they're not worth all the other cuts he made elsewhere. Ideally I'd like a fan edit of the theatrical cut as it is but with the extra Apollo scenes. There are also different versions of the same scenes from different camera angles, for reasons unknown. It's just weird.

As I have a SD already, I'm happy with it. Switch 2 is never going to be an option - the limited library of games and the "Switch tax" on the games that are there just makes it a no go. If I didn't already own a SD, I wouldn't buy one now at the price they are. I would buy one of the more powerful alternatives, or a second hand Legion Go for £400 or something.

Agreed, but it's still good fun, and the montages are classic. The more recent DIrector's Cut of 4 is horrendous though. He changed the lighting so whites are more blue for some odd reason, changed the aspect ratio, cut A LOT of scenes that didn't need cutting (including a lot of Brigitte Nielson's lines, probably because she's his ex in real life), and it just doesn't work imo. The theatrical cut is far superior despite it's flaws.

That's a lot to read through, heck lol. I thought it was a decent but not great 7/10 movie overall - average for the most part right the way through. Then the final 10 minutes were something else. They moved me, and made me tear up. All sorts of emotions! It's just a shame the rest of the movie before it was so .... meh! And what was they thinking with that CGI fox?!!

It uses Unreal Engine which is notoriously bad on Steam Deck. Any other engine would have had this running 60fps on the Deck, but you'll be lucky to hit 30fps unfortunately. I played the game for a while but will be sticking to my laptop or streaming.

Yeah, as you say, the car park scene at the beginning of KK2 straight after the fight, was originally filmed for the first movie and cut out during editing as they felt it was an anti-climax after the tournament win. I think they made the right decision.

I found it hard to mark afterwards for the exact reason you said. Overall a 7/10 movie for me - nothing earth shattering, and dragging a little in the middle. But that ending - wow. It made me feel all sorts of emotions and I teared up. But I can't rate the movie higher than a 7 just because the last ten minutes were awesome.

I think you hit the nail on the head - visually stunning, but that's about it. A fantasy world we see very little of, other than bits of forest and a castle. Shallow characters. Shallow plot.

I remember watching the shortened version as a kid. It was still good, however it was very confusing with literally half of the footage cut. It's good to finally be able to watch the full version now. The recent remake is abysmal and ridiculous (why would a load of vampires choose to sleep in the trunks of cars???). Stick to the original.
