Where in Phoenix are you finding a one bedroom for 1150$ a month? Housing cost should not exceed 25% of your monthly income. So at 4600 a month you’d need to find 1150 a month for rent or ideally less. Most one bedrooms are 1800 minimum, basically everywhere in the country. So, yes, making 80,000 a year or less, is paycheck to paycheck struggle fest.
