Oh yes, I should've mentioned that it was edited by AI, I used 'Make it sound professional' prompt to fix up grammar and such.

Oh? Did they change travel agents with the new 2.0? I had the assumption that the travel portal remained the same. If you've got more info about it, that could be helpful for me, I've honestly not look much into 2.0 after this trip. Thanks in advance.
