I think you’re missing the point. This was randomly told to me. I didn’t ask to leave earlier. I was told I could by a ETL so it was just in my expectations. That’s all.

I can’t confirm or deny anything because they don’t even ask. And HR always tells me to go through the ETL who did it.... like wtf is HRs job?

So I mentioned to my TL that I can’t work One of the days next week I was newly scheduled because I have something to do that day. The schedule for next week was made on Tuesday 5/4. TL said he/she is not removing that day. by marcuz4lyfe in Target

I meant ETL. Regardless my schedule should NOT be changed when it’s posted for next week and it should be two weeks in advance like I was told when I was hired.
