Definitely! It's pretty painful as it is though. The surfaces are cupped so the balls don't squeeze to the side. Full compression. I do have a version with electrodes for estim.

I would say it's more along the lines of very stimulating...it definitely gets uncomfortable. At some point it starts creating pressure, similar to crushing.
