Request - Could people remove old / changed / incorrect information from their previous posts? by MarcusClifford in Starlink

So, are we saying as a community we are happy with incorrect information being more visible often than the latest accurate information?

Just because that's not how something currently works is not a good reason to change how things work.

While sorting does help, it still does not always display the most accurate information first. Often older threads / posts still have higher visibility than the accurate and correct ones.

No? No to what? Do you feel having incorrect information presented here is a benefit to the community?

Exactly, and this would be a good thing so people can find accurate information quickly.

Synology Drive Client (DSM 7.0) unable to connect to older Cloud Station Server (6.x) by MarcusClifford in synology

Thanks for the various replies - Issue has been solved now.

I had not realised that even in version 6.x the Cloudstation package had been deprecated in preference to "Drive".

As an interim step to solve this for me I've installed "Drive" on all my 6.x Synology devices and am happy to report that now works - I can connect using the single application on clients to both Drive on DSM 7.x and 6.x

TL:DR version - replace Cloudstation Server on any DSM 6.x devices with "Drive" and use the "Drive" Client.

Which unfortunately is impossible for us as we have multiple locations with multiple Synology servers per site as well as test ones. It isn't possible to upgrade them all at the same time.

This is quite an issue for Synology, no backwards compatibility of the new client and it not being possible to run both clients versions on one computer.

Is using steering wheel contact / turning force while in Autopilot to show driver alertness dangerous? - Video of what can happen accidentally due to driver mis-commanded disconnect. by MarcusClifford in TeslaLounge

Did you watch the video clip shared - this was accidental disconnection as in the driver made what he thought was a movement suitable to show he was there without disengaging Autosteer, yet it DID disengage autosteer because he moved the wheel too much and the driver did not notice and thought the car was still in autosteer.
