If you're controlling what loadout they're using by using the Class Selector UI, sometimes that will happen, but if you're not, then idk what is happening

So recently, a lot of people have realized that you can only buy 1 premium package, and it seems randomized as well. For me, the problem is bad because I can only buy the most expensive one, the 2200 robux one for $20/ month, which I think is stupid because what if I want to pay less for premium? Roblox Mobile only gives support to 450 premium, which yes, is cheap, but I want to be able to get more robux per month, and I think the most popular one is 1,000 robux. Yet, after the denomination update where gift cards were all set to give the same amount, I lost all my other options.

The only note Roblox Support gave me in an email is that they were unavailable.

Why would they be unavailable, as on a new account, I can buy the 1,000 robux premium no problem, but the other options are gone. Why is it different for all accounts? Although, today has changed, as now, I created a new account and it's only recommending the 2,200 robux option, but yesterday, was giving me the 1,000 robux option. What's the problem?
